"When you get the text confirming the appointment the address is not complete which leads you to a place in Tempe. So I called told them I would be there in 15 minutes, arrived 17 minutes later only to pull in the parking lot and the person to call me and say she sent the vet to lunch. Complete waste of my time and horrible customer experience from getting there to arriving."
"Very reasonable priced shots and microchipping. My puppy didn't even notice getting the shot. The wait wasn't long, much faster than going to the vet. They say the line is the longest when they first open."
