"Dr. Lia Gross is the best! She takes excellent care of all of our animals, knows them name name and is always glad to see us when we come. The office staff and vet techs are phenomenal and know exactly how to love on your fur babies. I wouldn’t think of taking my animals anywhere else but there! Thank you for always taking care of us."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My daughter's cat has extreme anxiety and needs to be sedated for any treatments, including nail trimming. Banfield was repeatedly told this on the phone when the appointment was scheduled and at every follow up call that was made. She also requested the first appointment of the day because her cat gets very stressed out with other animals. She was assured she would be given the first appointment (7:30 AM) and the cat would be in good hands. The day of the appointment, my daughter arrives with her cat and is told THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF SEDATION and cannot provide it. They also say she has to leave her cat with them because they have three surgeries scheduled before this appointment. My daughter is devastated to leave her cat in a hard shell carrier, but she does. Finally, after NO WORD from the vet, she goes back to Banfield and demands to retrieve her beloved pet, who has been left in her carrier for 2 1/2 hours unattended next to yelping animals. May I remind you that this is a cat who has serious anxiety and needs SEDATION to get her nails trimmed? The Banfield Associate stalls...tries to UPSELL MY DAUGHTER on products and services she doesn't want nor need. (The associate encouraged her to buy an Rx from them for anxiety. They have never even seen the cat in the first place. Ever. She was previously at Banfield in San Diego, and had similarly poor experience there but thought it was just a one-off.) She says, "No, please just return my cat to me." The associate (who, by the way, looks like she's in high school) stalls some more by trying to explain to my daughter different ways to treat pet anxiety. (The kinds of basic things my daughter has googled and tried over the past five years.) Now my daughter is crying because every minute this associate is wasting is another minute this cat is alone in a backroom freaking out. Finally, my daughter gets through to the associate that she just wants her cat. Now it's almost THREE HOURS her cat was alone in a carrier without any human interaction for an appointment that was made a month in advance where this cat should've been first to be seen AND sedated. My daughter and her cat live with me. This cat was emotionally traumatized when she returned home. It has taken days for her to recover from her experience at Banfield. I cannot stress enough how much I would NOT recommend this place. Please see my other reviews and know that I normally only leave positive ones. In this case, I felt compelled to leave this review as an act of public service. If you care about your animals, do NOT bring them here."

"Banfield Pet Hospital continually exceeds our expectations! Caring quality care, they've always taken great care of our dog whether it be for wellness exams or surgical procedures. Mostly recently they removed a cyst on our dogs eyelid, healed up completely in two weeks, can't even tell she had the procedure now. Happy healthy dog!"
