"Had an okay experience with the vet today with my cat. Everyone was friendly and the vet was thorough. That’s where they earned the 2 stars. I also liked my vet tech. But the receptionist seemed very distracted every time I spoke to her and after asking for her to book my appointment for me next week (as the vet recommended I book in person so I could request to see the surgeon at the next appointment), she still forgot and just said, “Ok, have a nice day!” She was on her phone every time I walked by her, so I’m guessing that explains that. But I’m glad in the end that she didn’t book me. She also kind of looked at me as if I was an annoyance when I spoke to her. I guess I used too many words. I paid $77 for an “ear package” then they charged me separately for an ear mite check for $17. Shouldn’t that have been included in that price? What the heck was the ear package then? Then they charged $6 for “disposing of the material” used? What, the q-tip?! lol Seemed ridiculous. Especially considering I used to work as a manager in a boarding/grooming facility. No way we would have charged silly things like that. In all, I paid $250 for my cat to be treated for ear mites and some inflammation in his ears. This place is like booking with spirit airlines to save money, then you get nickel and dimed to death and the seats are uncomfortable. Between those two things, I’ll look for a different vet for both my pets. We were new patients."

"We are welcome by Ivana this morning, she is really friendly and helped us efficiently to our appointment.To prepare documents that needs to endorse by USDA, so we can export our pet back to Taiwan. Doctor Thomas Campagnolo is really patient with all these submission detail, to make sure we do things right, and the same time assistant Rebecca and Jenna are kind to our dog and help Doc with their professional skill, even our dog was too nervous to cooperate, they took good care of us. Really appreciate!"

"I was greeted right away by Ivana At the front desk. She was very friendly and checked me in quickly and easily for my dogs appointment. The assistant, Rebecca was very nice as well, and I could tell she really cared about my pup. Our doctor was Dr. Morgan Hawken And I really liked her vibe too. She was quick and friendly and recommended We start with a cost-effective treatment and go from there. Never did I feel like I was being Talked into things that weren’t needed. The whole appointment was very easy and straightforward all around and we will definitely be back next time my dog needs care or a check up. Ivana Was super friendly again as I checked out, and I appreciated her upbeat personality. My dog Henry was comfortable the whole time :)"

"I have always had a great experience at Petco in Happy Valley. Ivana has always been very helpful to book my appointments, and her personality is great! Dr.Cam is amazing with my puppy, and I will continue my puppy’s care with him. He makes my pup feel comfortable at the vet, and helps soothe his anxiety. Ally was great vet tech, she was knowledgeable and friendly!! I look forward to coming to this location :)"
