"I recently had a concerning situation with my Bubbles who had undergone a C-section and developed infected stitches. Dr. Moody at Banfield, though not the one who performed the surgery, went above and beyond to care for my baby. Her expertise and reassurance provided much-needed comfort during a stressful time. I'm grateful for Dr. Moody's exceptional care, and I continue to trust her with the well-being of all my pups."

"Please be aware when you sign up and you pay into this organization, that they ARE NOT a shared network. They operate independently, do not properly communicate. And if you are a patient from one the other locations will despise you for not signing up with them. Agreed with the other posts all they care about is money. If you have an animal that just underwent surgery and you need a refill on their prescription. Please let it be known that they will not feel it whether you are no longer in that state or on the other side of the state you will have to go back to the original location to fill it!!! You know because they're there for the money. "The heck with your animals pain, the heck with your animals suffering, the heck with your animals recovery. I did not get the service fee I will not help your animal even though you're in the 'network' I will not fill an in network prescription because I did not get the money to make the diagnosis for the prescription even though the prescription is in the network." Please do your due diligence before choosing at least THIS location. All I can say is I I hope when these uncaring callus money hungry vets have their own personal medical emergency or that of somebody they love. That their medical provider that is supposed to be helping them treats them with the indignities and callousness and heartlessness that they treat their patients with!!! And I hope they read this and I hope in there times of weary and distraught that these words and what they have done burns into their memory.. KARMA"

"Signed our pups up for a wellness plan here and pay a premium for it monthly. Was told very clearly by the lady who signed us up that the plan was inclusive and no fees would be do for any service. Time for a spay and turns out that was bait and switch information to get us to sign up. Pain meds and another required items are made available at a discount but not covered by the premium. I'll contact the attorney general and see what they say."

"This is my favorite Banfield location! I have 2 miniature dachshunds, one who is 15 and the other who is 2. I have been using banfield as a vet for both of them for years and have been to several different locations across several different states and the location on 91st is by far the most caring efficient location I have been to and is now my favorite! The entire staff is kind, friendly and genuinely happy to help! It is easy to schedule appointments with great availability. The recaps from the vets and the care provided by the staff makes every experience a 5 star one! I appreciate that they are pet focused and help me plan for care that makes sense for my pup family that I can afford. Pictures of happy healthy pups for reference!"
