"I have to say what an unbelievable and compassionate bunch of doctors, technicians and support staff work here. Such a difficult time losing a pet. "Rushed our 14wk-old puppy into BluePearl yesterday (Saturday) when she suddenly collapsed out of nowhere and became unresponsive. We arrived at the lobby in a panic and were received by a loving and caring front office staff who handled our grief with immediacy. During our wait in the lobby, I saw many tragic scenes play out and was so impressed with how BluePearl's staff handled the anxiety and stress going on among the other families. Yes, there can be a long wait - but there is a monitor that you can watch which keeps you up-to-date on where your pet is in the triage/exam/treatment process. Their staff took photos/video of our puppy in the back so we could feel close to her while we waited. The nurse working with us, Jennifer, provided us with such wonderful support throughout the entire ordeal. Dr. Kathryn McAdam was also very thorough and patient with us; she answered all of our frantic questions with real compassion. We ended up opting for half of the procedures recommended due to our limited budget and the staff was very respectful of our decision and immediately implemented our choices. I knew when we left last night that our puppy had received the best possible care. I am happy to say that the actions taken by Dr. McAdam and her staff last night saved our puppy's life - she woke up responsive and alert this morning. We thank you Dr. McAdam, Jennifer, (and the rest of the staff) for all your hard work and dedication yesterday to save Winnie's life!"

"Personally I thought the staff there was amazing! It is an emergency room for animals and my dog was stable so I did wait for a bit but what I witnessed was professionalism kindness understanding tolerance sympathy and a genuine care for animals and their owners! I hope I never have to go there again but I will if my vet is not available! I highly recommend this hospital!"

"Very compassionate people. I've had to bring a couple different pets here and I always know they prioritize the well-being of my fur babies. They sent me updates and pictures the whole time and kept me well informed when one of my cats had to stay there for a couple nights. I knew she was in great hands the whole time. The quality of service and them being upfront and honest about cost is what built my trust. Thank you to all the staff who took care of my kitty and kept her comfortable during her stay."

"In the middle of the night we rushed in with an emergency, Although the surgeon was tied up with another animal, the staff were so compassionate and caring. I held a lifeless puppy another vet hospital had just killed. Although blue pearl couldn’t save her, they did offer to take care of her little body. Blue pearl was able to get me transferred to a sister location with immediate care, Thank you to your front desk person, she was so so helpful and nice during such a tragic time for our pregnant momma. I’m happy to report Coco had 3 more beautiful puppies, both mom and babies are home resting and thriving ❤️"
