"If you can avoid this place, by all means Do ! The owner there is incredibly rude, she yells at her customers and tries to pick fights with them. I was visiting Arizona with my mom and she made it an issue to make us both feel so uncomfortable and when we asked why she was treating us like this, she stated “she had a lot on her mind so we needed to just deal with it” .. if you’re looking for a stained glass store with friendly employees who actually want to help you and make the experience a good one I recommend going to SW Art Glass. They are so kind and they definitely turned the experience around for us."

"My wife and I are exploring the potential of taking up stained glass as a joint hobby. We stopped in the store 30 minutes before the store closed on a Saturday. The owner and another worker were very busy performing repair work for on some pieces contracted for other customers that they told me was in their work queue. Still the owner managed to make time to answer our questions we had about classes her business offered, tools needed, costs, class details, and more. Because of her responsiveness, we signed up for her next call, which is four months away! The demand is that high. Their respect for the customer is ultimately what drove our decision for this company over others in the Phoenix Metro Area. We look forward to learning a new hobby and supporting this local business, based on how they respected us as new potential customers."

"The husband yelled at me too. Told me I asked too many questions. The wife is quiet during his outbursts I noticed. Took my first class there during the evening hours. The grump wasn’t there then. But he’s there a lot during the day so tread lightly. I haven’t gone back since that day. I have to drive a lot further now for supplies but he just totally turned me off to the point I made a commitment not to go back again."

"I had a round window in a bathroom that needed to be replaced. We decided on a stained glass window. Roseanne was a pleasure to work with and creating a design of what I wanted and then also in the help in picking out the glass which I had no experience in. Fred and his worker Jessie were very efficient in installing the window. I had no idea how this was all going to come together and needless to say I was more than thrilled with the finished product. I have a piece of artwork in my home. I already got a compliment from my neighbors. The project took about 4-6 weeks and it looks stunning. Definitely worth the wait...they do fantastic work."
