I called him over the phone to schedule an appointment, and he answered right away, finding time on a days head notice to fit me in for an appraisal. He kept the ring in front of me the entire time, and was talkative through the process, which only took about 30 minutes. He followed up with the appraisal in an email the next day, and it was a simple upload for the insurance company. Overall, great experience, really easy, ring was in my sight the whole time, and Mr. LaGravinese was nice and a pleasure to talk to! Recommend!"
