"I am not only a potential customer but an employee for the State of Arizona and I was hung up on twice today. At work I called for Employee Verification and I was hung up on. After my shift I called back and asked to speak with a manager and the call was again disconnected. This is unprofessional and rude on all accounts. I do not recommend this store and will be sure to make it a point to mention my experience to everyone I interact with. I will be posting this review on my personal Facebook, Google, and Yelp along with a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This was today, March 6th at 12:50PM. I've also sent an email to the store email address Re: my experience. Update: Talked to Rey and he said I'd get a direct call with an apology from the woman that hung up on me. Still no response. Still firm in my determination that this I'd NOT a good business to interact with."
