"This place sole me Levian and told me that it had a lifetime warranty and the center stone is chipped and super dull. I took it in and they corrected me and aid that the center stone was not covered and i would have to buy another one. I also bought a diamond ring there and the diamonds fell out. They were very arrogant and rude and i will never recommend this place again. They Lie really bad and their jewelry is TRASH."
"I went to Kay’s last week to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected. I’ve been a customer of Kay’s since my husband bought my engagement ring back in 2007, so I’ve been in many Kay’s over the years. Most of my visits are easy and pleasant but last week was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with April, who not only took care of my needs but also gave me some great tips on cooking dinner for my boys and was overall just lovely to spend time with. I was impressed by her high level of customer service and making me feel welcome and important, even though I was just there for a task and not to buy anything. Great job April and thank you so much for your help! I’ll definitely be back!"

"Abby was an absolute pleasure to work with in helping us find my wedding band today. She took all the time in the world, was so personable and no hard pressure sales tactics. We actually went to every single jewelry store in the mall. Even though I found another that I liked just as much at another jeweler, the deciding factor to walk back down to Kay, was to buy from Abby! It should be an enjoyable experience, and because of Abby (and every other person in the store that we had contact with) it was!"
