I laid out all of my jewelry pieces and before I could even start opening the jewelry boxes they were in, the first thing the lady said to me and my husband was "so are you going to open it?" In the most rude condescending way. She continued to talk to us this way during our entire visit. In addition to the HORRIBLE customer service, they gave me the lowest cash offer possible. I had multiple gold and silver necklaces (one of them worth $3,000!), rings and diamonds, and this incredibly rude lady offered me $50 BUCKS. A waste of time and energy. I would suggest going to an actual jewelry buying place that may offer you a much better price for your jewelry."
