"Went in just for a basic ear piercing appointment. I’ve been a customer here before and had no issues. Was told I can’t use my own $2k earrings and must purchase from them to get pierced. I have to have full gold jewelry due to other metal allergies. Front desk girl had a very off putting attitude. If you want more money for the piercing I would’ve been happy to pay extra, I just don’t want your jewelry. The quality of my jewelry is none of your concern, it’s mine. This is a piercing shop, not a jeweler."

"I have been going to HTC for over 15 years. I’ve gotten my tongue, helix, daith, 2nd lobes and more here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides HTC. They are exceptionally good at what they do. I recently had to change out my daith jewelry and they were so patient and kind with me. I’m always a ball of anxiety and they really ease my nerves so much. I am truly grateful for them!!"

"They did great with my piercing, but some information they gave me didn't align with what other piercers have told me. The front desk staff is rude in person and over the phone. They have been incredibly sassy and inconsiderate. They hate answering questions. The mismatch information came from the front desk. My piercer was wonderful. He made sure I was comfy and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they will not switch out your jewelry for you, this is part of the rating because it's ridiculous that they won't provide that service when they said they could at the time of getting pierced."

"They take walk in, the lobby is spacious and clean. They have display cases for their jewelry. Was a walk-in for nose piercings, Martina greeted us, and she was friendly and easy to talk to. She was attentive to what we wanted and suggested great pieces for my daughter and I. Blake was our piercer, and he was wonderful! My daughter was very nervous about getting pierced even though she was afraid of needles. Blake explained the process with her (to us). He was patient, knowledgeable, and quick with the process that my daughter did great. My daughter and I had a great experience."

"I unexpectedly had to take out my nose ring for a major surgery, and afterwards I couldn’t put it back in. I scheduled an appointment at HTC to be assisted with putting the ring back in and they were so awesome. Josh was the piercer that helped me. Him and the whole team working this Sunday were very gentle and kind (I just had surgery Friday, I could barely walk). Josh made me laugh, smile, and was so nice. I felt very comfortable, and it was the best experience I’ve had with a piercing studio, and I’ll definitely be back to buy a new nose ring and get my current one replaced once I’m more healed up.
