"I cannot speak highly enough of Rowan at Tempe Marketplace! I visited this location last weekend to get my second lobe piercings done. I was immediately greeted upon entry and was checked in for my scheduled appointment. I was extremely lucky to have Sam, one of their RNs, do my piercings and guide me through my entire experience step by step. She walked me through the piercing options, pricing, piercing prep, and even how their pressurized devices work (which are definitely not the same as painful punching piercing guns, by the way!), as I'm not the biggest fan of needles. Sam made me feel comfortable and at ease for the entirety of my visit. I felt the tiniest pinch, and it was done! No pain or swelling in the aftercare/healing process either! Rowan is a completely clean, safe, and sterile piercing gallery, and the staff are so kind and accommodative to your needs and concerns. I can't wait to return here soon for my mid helix piercing.
