"I am truly beyond grateful for the service the have at this location. Especially Claudia. She makes you feel like your family or have known her for years. Very professional and never did she make me feel as I was wasting her time. I was shopping this time for an engagement ring I seen online. I had gone into the store and she gave me options on financing and or through the Daniels credit. She explained the financing part very clear. I wasn't able to make up my mind. I had spent some time in there seeing how I could go about it with the payments and all. I wanted a 2 CTW ring they had. So I had told her I wasn't going to go through with it and she was perfectly ok with it. I had called the next day and she received me with gratitude. So she gave me an amazing deal and gave.the better price from online. At the end she made it happen and I left with the ring I wanted for my future wife. She had given me other options and showede other rings that I might like. But I had my eye on that specific one and she held it for me. I had first came to this store for the first time 4 years ago. And I'm always received with great hospitality. I am beyond greatful for Claudia's service!!"
