"Do not come to this hole in the wall “GRILL” seller. Here’s my experience. I went in and got my mold made and paid $341 up front to an older gentleman. I was quoted 5-7 business days. I will get a call (remember that part). I get a text the next day saying the mold had broke and need to remake it. Alright? I wait 2 weeks before I HAD to call and I assume the son answered. He’s saying I’ll call you Saturday when it will be done for SURE. I did not receive a call or text. I called the next week and the older gentleman said it was in. I arrived to find out it didn’t fit.. (I’m getting agitated now). We basically had to make a 3rd mold. I get a text a week later. Finally after a MONTH and some wasted gas I get my grill that fit “slightly” better than the initial wrong sized one. The son (the heavy) was there this time. A week later and it still feels off. They. did. not. care. at. all. (NO REFUNDS DUE TO CUSTOM SIZING) So the money stays.. even after botched jobs and poor customer service. Save your money and take it else where. Sure wish I did."

"This place is so unprofessional!!! I ordered my Hubby a grill the 16th of December, it’s been 2 months and I’m still given the run around! The elder gentlemen that answers the phone will continuously tell you it’ll be here Monday. This has gone on for weeks. They gave many reasons to why it’s taking for ever but honestly when spending such a large amount of money, no one wants to hear excuses. If you tell a customer it’ll take 3-5 weeks, then that’s what it should take. If your backed up on orders then that should be explained. This place is a joke and they feel like that can’t be touched in small claims court."
