"I went there to resize my two rings. He promised me to have them done around 4-5pm same day. Will call me when they are done. I don’t receive any call from him so waited the next afternoon to call. He then said to come back around 4-5pm today without saying sorry. He doesn’t sound apologetic at all but even said to come and pick them up. He doesn’t have time to do it. Business is all about honesty and integrity. You don’t treat your customers that way because you’re doing well now. I don’t like his attitude and customer service."

"I just went in to get my ring resized. Went in at noon and it was done later that day. I’m gonna be honest, I was super skeptical, and very nervous but it turned out amazing! The ring fits much better mow and there’s no sign of any of it. Like it didnt even happen! 10/10 would definitely recommend"

"My Fiancé and I went to Artistic Dragon to get a set of 2 wedding bands and an engagement ring separated and resized one size larger than it was originally. We dropped it off Thursday and since we live out of town came to pick it up today (Saturday) and he had it ready and polished and he checked the diamonds for us to make sure they are real and reameasured them for us ensuring they are the same stones as before. He is the nicest man and is amazing at what he does. You couldn't tell at all that anything had happened to the ring at all, it looks like 3 brand new rings that had never been welded together and they fit perfectly!! 10 out of 10 would recommend working with Artistic Dragon for jewelry help!"

"100% Recommend this place! We just got engaged and he used my grandmother's ring from 1947, it's gorgeous but definitely needed a little TLC and was too small for me. We took it into the Artistic Dragon and he told us we would get it back in a few hours which I did not expect, and he expertly advised us to add a prong to the tip so the stone wouldn't fall out. Within just a few hours it was resized, had a new prong and he even took the time to clean it up! I am so grateful, absolutely recommend as this will be my go to jeweler! (before photo is the one with "Love" on it.)"
