"Sent my labs here at the hotel during Christmas for 6 nights. When we dropped them off Churro was a very healthy weight. When we got him back he was emaciated. No calls about him not eating, no calls about him throwing up except for only one instance. We sent him with just enough food for the stay and a little bit extra. When we got him back he had more than half his food left. Not happy. Sick dog. Won't be coming back"

"Anyone who has experienced a PetSmart store already knows they are great and staffed with helpful and very informed people. They did not have a screen top for a terrarium I was trying to find so one of the staff suggested another store unrelated to the pet industry where I would most likely be able to find what I needed. That was surprising and very helpful. A big thank you for being so helpful."
