"I recently visited Per Paradise for my dog's grooming session, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff at Per Paradise were incredibly welcoming and professional. They treated my furry friend with the utmost care and expertise, making sure he was comfortable throughout his grooming session. The end result was fantastic - he looked and smelled wonderful, and I could tell he felt great! I also really appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities. It's clear that they take great pride in providing a top-notch service to both pets and their owners. I'm definitely planning to return and would recommend Per Paradise to any pet owner looking for high-quality grooming services."

"My dog had such a fun time staying here for a few days! Loved the staff, super nice and respectful. The facilities were clean. Could watch my dog have play time on the cameras. 10/10 and I’m very picky about where I let my dog stay but I also don’t want to pay a fortune, this place has had the best experience for my family and I and the best prices we’ve ever had to board at!"

"We found Pet Paradise about 14 months ago. They care for our pets as well as any family member. We’ve had some tough health emergencies with our pups and they never hesitated to help. I cannot recommend them more. They are a 10."

"I have used their boarding services for my three ranch/work dogs a couple times in the last year when I needed to take trips out of town. I boarded my dogs Max (doberman), Luke (pitbull), and Rhea (catahoula) with them for 3 days over my birthday and when I picked them up, little did I know that they all came home with kennel cough pneumonia. Four days later they were all sick, vomiting, and coughing. Max almost died when he became septic, and was in the ER vet ICU for three days on oxygen and iv antibiotics with a 107 degree fever. A $500 stay at this kennel, turned into a $7,000 ER vet bill to save my dog Max’s life. Max was sick for an entire month, with two weeks of daily antibiotics and bed rest, and lost 15lbs because it was hard for him to eat. It was a horrific experience. This was despite Max, Luke, and Rhea all being fully vaccinated and healthy at the time of their boarding, they had all had checkups the same month before their stay. I called the facility and informed them and no one did anything, no call from a manager, nothing. I still have questions as to how this could have possibly happened and they were never answered. I will never board my dogs here again after this event and caution others."

"This is the worst experience that we’ve had with our dogs. It is the second time that we board our dogs here, the first time they returned our dogs with the paws covered in urine, my goldendoodle had a paw infection and my small dog even had parts of his body covered in urine. Before giving them another chance we called them before and they apologize and told us that that was not going to happen again. We even booked two baths so they were clean and cute for us to pick them up. Attached are the pictures of what we received. After $830 both dogs got a path infection and didn’t get a bath and they charged us for that. We asked to ask with a supervisor and she said “I am the supervisor, whats up?. And refunded the bats (that they didn’t get). Beside that, if you have a friendly kind of shy dog I will avoid this place. I had to call because there was a german shepherd bullying my dog and no one pays any attention to the dogs, the two girls were talking on the same spot not interacting with the dogs, they just needed a coffee table and some cookies. We did it just because of how close it is to us but there are so many other good places around that this one is definitely not worth it. There is Boulder Falls Pet Resort that is amazing and plenty of facebook groups around north Phoenix that offer the service. If you know someone with dogs that could possibly stay here, please let them know to not do it! I will make sure to post on my north phoenix facebook groups so everyone is aware."
