"my husband and i have been looking into purchasing a bearded dragon as our son's first pet for about a year or so, and decided recently that it was time we visited LLLReptile & Supply last weekend to get an idea of what we would need for a set up and if it would be a good place to purchase our dragon from. we've been to other shops that had lower quality animals and limited supply selection, and we discovered that was simply not the case with LLLReptile & Supply. last weekend we were helped by Derek and he was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful in answering all of our questions and discussing our dilemma of getting a juvenile or adult dragon. Derek took the time to show us the juvenile and adult options they currently had and allow me to handle them (i'm not as familiar with reptiles as my husband). the dragons were noticeably superior to the ones we've seen at other shops; they were so much more interactive/sociable and clearly well cared for. LLLReptile & Supply also had more variations/morphs to choose from, and has a variety of different foliage, wood, and other supply/accessory options to have a great tank set up from the start. we came back to LLLSupply yesterday to complete the purchase and we were assisted by Emma with gathering our supplies and picking our dragon. once again, Emma was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options and suggesting certain brands and products. Emma helped us all the way to the point of making sure our supplies and dragon made it safely into the car and was just so friendly and helpful. we also really appreciate the environment that they've both clearly worked to foster in the shop and with their customers; when it was time for us to pick our dragon, several other customers were SO excited for our son and chatted with us and Emma about their own experiences owning beardies. overall this experience was so great and truly seamless thanks to the help and expertise of Derek and Emma, and we will absolutely continue to return to LLLReptile & Supply for all of our future needs"

"Bought a crested toad from LLL a month ago. Whenever I get a new reptile I immediately take it to the vet for checkups. In this instance this poor guy I got because he looked super skinny in store and he was 35$ and I had effort to help him in hopes to give him the best life as he didn't look like he had eaten in weeks. After going to the vet day two of rescuing, he had parasites. Spent well over 500$ on vet visits weekly and unfortunately even with the best vet care I couldn't save this fella from the way he was taken care of.
