"As a return student I could not have asked for a more straightforward, knowledgeable, or available instructor. Knowing that John is still an active broker with employees, continues to actively sell real estate, and has multiple classes per week, makes the quality of this program that much more impressive. The textbook is a little out of date (though not old) mostly due to a market that evolved drastically and quickly in the state of Arizona. I highly recommend this class as it is affordable and accessible for any level of student. On a side note, we had a hearing impaired student who also had what I can only describe as elementary level technological/computer skills, and John was very patient and understanding of the barriers she was up against."
