About the Business
Christian Golf Leadership Camp is a health institution located at 1415 South Westwood in Mesa, Arizona, United States. We offer quality golf instruction for young people in the East Valley and Phoenix Metro area of Arizona. Our classes have a low student-to-instructor ratio and focus on building confidence in putting, chipping, and full swing, as well as teaching the rules and etiquette of golf in a safe environment.
Our goal is to create a fun atmosphere while also emphasizing leadership skills and mindfulness towards others. Our staff upholds Christian values and a portion of each transaction goes towards helping those in need. We welcome boys and girls of all skill levels, ages 7 to 15, to participate in our events. Each participant receives a Welcome Packet with a CGL T-Shirt & Hat, as well as a WGB practice kit.
Our events are structured around the Drive, Chip & Putt competition held in Augusta, GA for Junior Golfers ages 7-15. Each event includes stations designed to help players improve their skills, mindset, and focus in golf. We believe in helping each child build confidence in their relationship with God, with others, and with their community.
For public schoolers and home schoolers, events are held on select Saturdays and Thursdays each month. After Thursday events, campers and staff members have the opportunity to volunteer at "Feed My Starving Children." Our classes take place at the Stripe Show Golf Club in Mesa, Arizona, offering a picturesque setting with a beautiful lake, large trees, and abundant wildlife.
Our instructor, Will Neel, has over 30 years of full-time teaching experience and has worked with elite junior players and their families. He is dedicated to helping young players develop their talent and navigate the world of collegiate and professional golf.
