"Because of their shady practices on how they refuse to cancel services when requested has left me regretting my choice in gyms for they are more interested in money then helping their customers meet their goals. Because of them any and all progress I made in my weight loss journey was in vain , because I had requested to cancel a service on 3 separate times and the managers were like denied you owe money which was not true for the times I requested the service canceled was right after they took money out of my bank account, stating my reason for cancelling wasn't good enough. Sorry when is not being able to afford a service no longer a valid reason to cancel??"

"I came out from Denver Colorado to visit friends and family but I stay on a pretty strict workout routine. Not only did this gym provide all of the equipment and more that I needed. Customer service was an all time high. Dj was extremely helpful and provided a tour of the gym and had an infectious positive attitude. Which most places are stressed on Christmas Eve. Then, the manager Taylor (beautiful) was able to hook my wife and I up with a great deal on a gym membership for the two of us in a timely matter!!! I’m a lifer! God bless you Taylor and Dj. "Do not join this gym if you one day plan to cancel I was lied to multiple times about the cancelation process. I was told I'd have to pay for another month at the gym pluss what I owed in order to cancel. I was also told I had to come in person and could not cancel over the phone that was a lie. I had to speak to a manager just to get my membership canceled. Also the gym is like 100 degrees in there so not really comfortable to work out in. They told me they were trying to get their reviews up and they best way to do that is to not lie to your patrons. Please don't join this gym if you want to have a good gym experience. Sorry guys you really just suck.."

"I haven’t been to this gym since I first got my membership.. it sucks! The dumbbells are all falling apart the leg press machine I liked is all wobbly..There was a lot of machines open though before it got packed. Man I was missing my main gym! Having to go here due to car problems so I’ve just been walking here. The cardio is a plus walking there though."

"My best friend and I just got our memberships and went to our first workout today. I selected EOS for us after looking at the amount of equipment that was available and how nice it was laid out. We are primarily there for the weights/equipment as we love to super set all of our workouts and they have plenty of room and weights to go around. They also have sauna and hydrotherapy? So far we are pleased as all we really want is fast and hard lifting and this is a very nice gym to do it in."
