"iLoveKickboxing is phenomenal!! The instructors are awesome. They all are very welcoming. They make it a point to remember who you are and what your name is. The classes are high-energy and good vibes all around. (good music, too). Everyone is super encouraging. They are consistent with helping you build your confidence and will continue to help you with the fundamentals to keep up in the classes. The first week, you will feel like you can't keep up, but keep going! Soon enough, you will be punching and kicking those bags, no problem. It's so much fun, every single class is, and it's a great stress relief as well. I completed the 6-week challenge, and I will continue to come back.
