"I went to buy tennis balls yesterday afternoon around 1 PM and there was only 1 register open and a line. I felt a little discriminated because the I brought up the box of tennis balls and I thought they were on sale. Rather than telling me that the wrong sticker was on it he rang up the regular price without telling my husband. When we asked about it he said these aren’t even the correct price. I felt accused. I also am Filipino and the customer before me he was very friendly and they were Caucasian. He could have told us when he rang it up if we still wanted the balls because it looks like this price tag was mistakenly placed on this box. Please teach your cashiers politeness and being mindful of how they treat other cultures. Thank you"

"I recently purchased the SLK Atlas Pickleball Bundle from Dick’s Sporting Goods and was extremely disappointed with the pricing tactics employed by the store. Initially, I was drawn in by the apparent "sale" price of $129.99, thinking I was getting a great deal. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the bundle was a mere $109.99. It's evident that Dick’s Sporting Goods inflated the original price of the product to $199.99, only to conveniently mark it down to $129.99, creating a false sense of urgency and a misleading perception of a bargain. This kind of deceptive pricing strategy is, quite frankly, unacceptable and unethical. As a consumer, I expect transparency and honesty from retailers. Dick’s Sporting Goods’ decision to engage in such inflated markups and misleading sales tactics has undoubtedly eroded my trust in their pricing practices. It's disheartening to see a company resort to such manipulative methods to drive sales, rather than offering genuine value and fair pricing to its customers. Especially during the holidays. I urge others to be wary of the pricing strategies employed by Dick’s Sporting Goods and to carefully scrutinize any so-called "discounted" items before making a purchase. Businesses should prioritize integrity and respect for their customers, rather than resorting to such underhanded tactics to make a profit. My experience with the SLK Atlas Pickleball Bundle and its pricing has left me deeply disappointed, and I will certainly be exploring alternative retailers that uphold more ethical business standards."

"I ordered online for my husband to do a curbside pick up. The order picker canceled my order my accident. When I called Johnny answered and explained what happened. I arrived to curbside and it was a whole experience. The girl in the phone was rude and condescending, the rep for pick up was not much better. Then called again got the rude girl and then got Johnny. He came out explained what was going on and not only made a horrible experience pleasant, he was genuinely nice and cared. If any of the managers read this, please know that Johnny is superior in his customer service skills. He actually does care about the customer. Very much appreciated his genuine caring. This had already been an extremely trying day for me and he made it better just being himself. You never really know what someone is going through, and the way Johnny treated me made morning and impact than he will ever know. Thank you for making my day a bit brighter."

"Two stories of amazing shopping for most any sport! This store was clean and well organized with each sport clearly identified with large signage. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and able to direct us to the exact aisle of the item we were looking for. The check out lines were conveniently located in the front and back of the store. Highly recommend."

"Not much kids equipment. Very pricey. Good overall selection. Frequently 20+ minutes check out times. Tough to find help. Very little non-local team apparel. Prices on the popular stuff are much better at Walmart, but these guys have lots of stuff you'll never see there."
