Tutor Time on W. Bell Road

"My daughter is on her 2nd week at this location and I am trying to be optimistic but I have had to call and comment to staff on the lack of curriculum. Per the streaming video the kids wander aimlessly and the teachers have a very relaxed demeanor. She has never been to daycare and it doesn’t appear that they are making any effort to make her feel comfortable. They say she’s having a hard time but almost never are engaging the kids. It’s extremely disheartening to see on the live stream. Her food was taken bc they said she didn’t eat for 20 mins and when I looked at the video shortly after they took her food she was eating from another kids plate, so maybe if they tried to help her feel comfy and or encourage her to eat she may have eaten her food. Thats what I mean by lack of effort. It makes me feel so bad as a parent to leave her here when this is what’s been happening. She is really hungry and thirsty when she comes home. Idk what’s really going on all day there , I don’t get all the updates. They have mentioned that they are trying to hire another teacher for her age group but to me the ones they have in place should already be doing the things I’m concerned about and if they aren’t , they should be coached. I am just a concerned mother. I was sold on the food, diaper and curriculum services here . These standards are not being fulfilled. There is no structure. I told them she loves books and reading- I have yet to se that be implemented and the ABC’s . Again I’m just a concerned mother. I appreciate the efforts and staff for working but the promises are not being fulfilled. If there are improvements I will come back and update this review."

"My son has been going to this daycare for almost 2 years and when I say I love it that’s an understatement. There has been SERVERAL times when they have just helped with Him. I am new to Arizona and I don’t have any family here and this daycare has really made me feel like family. Mrs. Jo has really step up with him. She’s so loving and understanding with the kids. He has started 1st grade and when starting something new there are always going to be challenges. Mrs. Jo and the staff have given a helping hand to me and went above and beyond with my son and I when they didn’t have too. I have shed tears just because this daycare is truly amazing. Another amazing lady I would love to mention is Ms. Savannah she is an amazing teacher and she is ALWAYS doing crafts with the kids which I love. They’re all amazing in there own special way! I couldn’t have pick a more better daycare!!"

"We transferred my daughter to tutor time as her other daycare was getting rid of their school age program. The facility and staff are so great! They made our transition so smooth from registration to the first day and on. My daughter loves this place so much that she gets mad if I pick her up too early because she enjoys playing with her friends and the staff as well. Their communication is fantastic through the app they have as well as regular reminders inside regarding upcoming events or information that parents may need to know. Highly recommend this Tutor Time!"

"My daughter has been going here since she was almost 2 and she's 3 now. We love it, she's learned so much since she started and her manners have improved. I like all the teachers and how they interact with the kids. The director Joe is fantastic she is caring and involved with every kid that goes here and I like that. Everyone is always nice and willing to talk or explain something to me. I like how they incorporate art into the learning for the kids to make it fun for them and take the time to help each child."
