"I purchased a firearm on a Friday and my 4473 form was delayed. The employee told me the store would call me when it was approved and I could pick it up any time before close. Great!... I was called on Tuesday and they told me the firearm was ready for pick up. I have had very little free time lately and I was just able to squeeze a stop on Wednesday 30 minutes before closing. I got to the gun counter and I told them I was just picking up a firearm and an older employee told me they were done for the day. I explained that all I was doing was picking up, no transfer form. He said that he was not doing anymore paperwork for the night and the guy looking at a gun was the last guy they were going to help. He said I had to come at least an hour before close. Why?! There were other people helping no one including himself. Why close before the time posted in your stores and online? I didn't have a chance to go back until the next weekend. An unnecessary extra trip because they feel like they can close before the rest of the store. I'm not giving this place business again."

"Wonderful Staff. All very helpful. Sweet Miss Sheri in the Sunglasses Hut area cleaned my eyeglasses. She also cleaned my son's eyeglasses. Then she would not let me buy her : candy, a cold drink of any snack in the house. Wonderful lady. My son found many and more wonderful products to spend his CHRISTMAS MONEY on. Clean restroom. Lots of free parking. Boats everywhere. I always leave my debit and or credit card in the car. I only take in a specified amount of cash. Otherwise, I will buy out the store and have nowhere to live. Make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes. All of the nooks and crannies are worth looking into to. Enjoy"

"had never been to a Bass Pro Shop until yesterday. Wow, is this store HUGE. It seems like they literally have ANYTHING you would need for the outdoors. We went to get our Grandson's first photo with Santa. It's very nice of Bass to offer Santa Photos at NO COST. Of course, there are opportunities to purchase a photo package, but it wasn't pushed, and everyone who didn't purchase photos received their free photo with a smile. The employees in the Santa Photo Project area were all friendly and professional. After the photo, we looked around the store's huge inventory of items to purchase. Prices seemed reasonable, and there were plenty of friendly employees ready to help with questions. This store also has a small aquarium and wildlife museum with a lot of taxidermy. Even though I don't have 'outdoor hobbies ', I would definitely shop here if I did!"

"Only went for the Santa photos. They had signs clearly marking where to go, and efficient employees (and lines) to make everything go smoothly. The photo packages are also fair priced. The Santa was wonderful also. He was patient and very sweet."

"Fairly amazing store. Never seen anything like this place. Large 4 tank aquarium with big fish. (Noted though the fish looked sick and in need of a vet because their scales and tails ratty maybe have fungus?) But the museum of trophy bucks and all sorts of stuffed animals was impressive. The actual items for sale were of high quality and the selection massive. Boats for sale were beautiful. I definitely need a raise to afford this store. Teacher pay ugg"
