"I have made several attempts to get my kids in here. It started back mid June/beginning July. My Infant has bottle Aversion and I was trying to see if this facility could work with me. I spoke to Tami and explained ten situation and how we get her to eat. I asked if the facility would be able to accommodate her. She was unsure of the companies policy and said she would contact the higher ups and call me back. I waited several days, with no return call. I finally called her and she said she was still working on it. I was like ok. About a week later, I called back again, she said she had to send her an email regarding something else and she will ask about include my question as well and will call me back after her conference call in the afternoon. She never called back... Well, My daughter is turning 1 soon and won't need the bottle anymore. So, my husband and I decided to tour facilities to put our kids in. Even though I was reluctant because of my phone call experience my husband said we should take a look. We went received our tour by Tami which wasn't anything extraordinary, but after comparing others vrs them we decided it's wasn't too bad and we could afford the tuition without breaking our bank. The next day I go to fill out the enrollment paperwork and come to realize I don't have all the paperwork. I had the handbook (which already was signed by someone else) and we only had 3 other pieces of paper. My husband suggested I call to confirm to see if that was it or if we were missing stuff. I called and spoke with Tami again, she confirmed the packet was missing stuff and asked if I would be coming in to get them. I told her the facility isn't very close to me, it's next to my work which is 30 mins away and I could swing by next week. She offered to email to me, I still haven't received that email. Needless to say, my kids will not be attending this facility. It's a shame, My oldest attended her a few years back and we loved it."

"I was burden coming for a tour. I was let in the lock door and the lady at the desk said, can I help you? No, hi, welcome to La Petite, how can I help you? I let her know I was her for a 10:00 tour. She was working on tablet that I would assume I needed to fill something out. The place smell strongly of urine and was very dirty in the small lobby area. I was handed the tablet and filled the info out. My son is 2 and is a busy 2 year old. A very nice lady was standing up by the front desk and was assisting with him while I filled out basic information. Not the director! I was thankful the other gal was kind and helpful. I handed the tablet back to the lady behind the desk and asked if she was the director. She confirmed. I asked her name and she said, Tammy. Why on earth do I have to ask this information? She should be greeting all guest and introducing herself. She asked me how many days I was looking for and I told I was looking for 3 days a week. She took me on the tour and there’s a big open area with tables and toys, puzzles and play kitchens. There were several older kids in that area. My son was intrigued by the fun stuff and stopped to look and touch. This area smelled like urine. The director Tammy showed me the 2 year old class room and the kids just came in from outside. I was thrown off by this because is was 105°. One of the teachers said they were doing a fire drill. The director in a stern manner asked if all kids were accounted for and the teacher confirm. My son interacted with a few of the kids and one of the teachers. My son waved at the teacher and she was very nice and sweet to him. This room also smelled of urine. I asked about the curriculum and the director said, well they just got back inside, but they work on numbers and ABC’s. That was not informative at all. Most centers have specific sheets of information on the curriculum. Most are hung in the classroom or outside the class of the curriculum they are working on that week. My son was busy poking around and exploring the new environment and toys like a normal 2 year old. The class was busy playing with toys and kids were all around the room playing a good sign they were having fun. My son was looking for the door handle to get out of the room and it was up high. I liked that security feature. Every center I have visited said it’s not uncommon the 2-3 year olds like to get out of the rooms to explore. I happened to look over the bathroom stall and the seat seemed to have a wider toilet opening than other centers I have visited. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. The director saw it and did nothing. The director didn’t go in and flush it, clearly not in her job description. The director asked me and asked if my son was toilet trained. I told her not yet, we are working on it. I had seen enough. As we were walking out, I asked about the kids in the open area and if it was pre-k or kindergarten. She said it’s summer school. Hmm… no teacher in sight. Kids sitting and playing. No engagement what so ever. Guess these parents are paying for their kids to sit without supervision and to play on their own. The director asked if my son had been to daycare before. I told he has and only went 2 days when I saw abuse on another child and pulled him out immediately. Once, we got back up front she tells me what start date I was looking for. I said August. She said, we’re looking closer to the end of August or September. I told her when I called they told me you’d have an opening in August. She told me the call centers don’t always have the correct information. Really? They put me on hold to call and ask about openings. I would have never toured if September was mentioned. I didn’t say this to her. Then she tells me they are probably going to stop doing part time. Really? Am I a threat because I don’t tolerate abuse? I asked for their handbook, price list and she would not supply me with one. She was handing me an empty folder she wrote something on and I said, no thanks. I left! Found a better care center today with a happy director and staff."

"My good friend enrolled 2 children here. Her baby is under 1, so she needed to be placed in the infant room. All seemed great, until the weekly infant room closures. What do they expect people to do? Call out of work for weeks at a time? It's absolutely ridiculous. I would advise people to look elsewhere because this place is unreliable at best. If you have a job and need infant care, look elsewhere, this is not the place for you. You won't have a job for long after calling out for lack of childcare. I really don't know what they expect people to do."

"Upon arrival to the daycare there was multiple red flags. To begin, we stood outside waiting for our tour for 10 minutes until A CHILD opened the door. The teacher was not watching these kids by any means, letting them open the access door to the kids space and letting us in through the main door…what if were a child predator or shooter?? For security purposes, this is very dangerous and extremely unprofessional. The small lobby was dusty and not well maintained by any means. The directors desk had scattered papers all over with children's information, out for anyone to read. We were not welcomed at all as they blankly stared at us. This older lady walked out of the infant room a few moments later and didn’t introduce herself at all. We had a tour scheduled and the worker (I’m not sure of her position) didn’t move away from the desk as she was sitting down and told us there were not immediate spots without even offering a tour of the space or telling us about the programs they may offer. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a childcare. If I could give it 0 stars I would."
