"The movers were great, professional and very helpful. The company in and of itself is getting the one star because they never said that they would not move washers and dryers. The movers were nice enough to move them for me but they could not hook them up.Now I have to find someone to actually hook them up and have them removed from the old place I was staying. If I would have known before hand they don't move washers and dryers I would have found someone else to move me"

"The way I ended up with this moving company is the most ridiculous, Twilight Zone-y experience ever but after all is said and done, I am so happy it worked out this way. I had movers scheduled for Saturday and they didn't show. On Sunday morning I looked around on Thumbtack for movers and came across another company that I thought I called. Somehow I got in touch with Diane from A to Z who called me by my first name from the start. She said they would be there around 2 depending on the morning job. They were exactly on time. Diane had also mentioned she would be available by phone until 5pm for anything I might need. Mike and David moved me and they were incredible. It was 100 degrees that day. They were so great. They communicated well with me AND with each other. They worked very well together and when they ran into an issue they worked it out easily. My space was complicated for the furniture as well (stairs and too bulky for the room). Thank you so much to Diane, Mike and David for turning a super stressful situation into a smooth move. "The crew was on time super friendly, great attitude, and never backed down as it wasn’t an easy move. We were moving out of an upstairs apartment with some rather large furniture pieces and they got them out quickly and safely. Great booking process and great communication all the way through.
