"I went today around 11 am and asked the staff near the counter where I could drop off the package. She said they don't accept pre-labeled UPS account packages; instead, they only accept normal packages like Amazon. She suggested trying Staples. I thought this was a UPS Access Point, so I'm unsure why she wouldn't receive UPS pre-labeled packages."

"I am a big believer in service , no matter what your business is. Last week, I went to the UPS store on Gilbert Rd and Baseline. I had the below photo printed for me with no problems in fact the gentleman was so accommodating I returned to get 4 more prints done. However, today, I was greeted with an older female employee who clearly couldn't be bothered. She said, "we don't do that here" I replied, 'I was only here a few days ago and the gentleman printed me an 11 x 14 picture" she said., I'll ask. As she walked away I said , "why do you have printing services on your wall if you don't print? She snapped back, "well what kind of paper do you want? I said " nothing fancy, not like glossy photo paper just some thing thicker than paper that I can frame " she then relented and said well we can do it by this afternoon." This was something that took less than 3 min. I replied that's fine I'll get them elsewhere. I fail to understand why this kind of non service is ok especially for a service you advertise that you provide. I will not go back. FedEx you have my business."
