About the Business
The Passage: Learning for Life is a special-needs private school located at 2830 East University Drive in Mesa, Arizona, United States. Our institution offers a unique and differentiated life-skills transition program for children, teens, and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to help individuals develop independence, confidence, and responsibility in order to achieve their full potential in life and work.
At The Passage, we offer a variety of specialized courses including Wellness, Vocational Voyage, Home Economics, Culinary Arts, Communication Connection, and Lifetime Leisure Skills. Students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with Dr. Baldwin, a Speech Language Pathologist with over 30 years of experience, to improve communication skills through various methods.
We understand the challenges faced by parents of children with special needs, which is why we have created a supportive and dynamic community where students and families are welcomed with open arms. Our program focuses on teaching essential life skills that are often overlooked in traditional schools, helping students to become as independent as possible.
