"The coach wouldn’t air up so we drove very slowly about 8 miles to the Freightliner Sterling Western in Tolleson AZ. Pete, the RV Manager had to tell us they had no openings for 3-4 days. He did have a tech take a quick look and discovered a hole in one airbag and severe cracks in the other. He checked and found they had the 2 airbags in stock and also found us a spot for the night as we couldn’t drive any farther. We got squeezed in the next day and got the job completed. We can’t speak highly enough about the emergency service we received and the care and effort provided by Pete Rodriguez. 5 STARS TOLLESON FREIGHTLINER! We highly recommend them.!!!"

"Pete met us at our motorhome while we were parked in the service line at 6:30am. We reviewed my service request for diesel engine and diesel generator oil and filter service. Flushed coolant and refilled with coolant and replaced the radiator cap. Replaced a customer provided air filter. Reviewed service provided and service required. We have a misfire occurring that we have made an appointment for next week to have it looked at and resolved. Hopefully, it is only an injector! All the front office customer service representatives are so very friendly and they all seek to provide any assistance. If you are there at 9am, a food truck arrives and provides a wide variety of premade menu items or custom orders. You won't be disappointed! A great, professional Freightliner service provider."

"It's an unorganized rat race. I went in for a set of floor mats ... that's it. It took about 20 minutes to get in and out of here. I finally got to a counter with my floor mats and I was told I needed a number. I went back to the front and got a number. The number was for the wrong counter. I went and got a second number. Now they need to write up a PO# in order to purchase the floor mats ..... What? This went on and all I wanted to do was scan those floor mats and leave. You can do better Freightliner. This was a fiasco"

"Brought the truck for body repair in February 2023. Now its end of august and the truck is still in the shop. The shop is negligent and dishonest. I had to call numerous times the shop manager Jim B and he never returned my phone calls. Made up stories like pretending he was not aware of how the insurance process works and that he needs to communicate with adjuster to receive payments from the insurance which made the process much longer. At the end sent the final bill Of which I was responsible for betterment $2254.92 + $500 deductible. When the shop received money from the insurance, the bill was changed to total of $1500 more. The shop is supposed to send the new bill to the insurance for supplement but they are refusing and saying I should send the bill. The whole process was a nightmare from the beginning. I do not recommend this shop to anyone."
