"A package I mailed was returned to the store. It was mailed ground, no special requests. It was returned because it was not signed for or picked up per UPS. That was their mistake. Now they won’t mail it, or refund me. I have the package, the order copy, and my receipt. Manager not available. They’re not sure when she’ll be back. Computer not loading! Also, for another package, they tried to sell me a box costing more than $7., purchased the box at Walmart for 91cents! They should rename this store “Amazon Return Center”! That’s really all they do!!!"
"Dropped two packages to be shipped for Christmas. Asked the younger guy with the beard to tape them closed for us. First box he did second box my wife asked again as we were getting ready to leave after paying. He gave us a dirty look and simply moved the box to another counter and moved along, not putting tape to close the box. Had a bad feeling and knew better but left trusting that he’d do it. Clearly he didn’t since the box shows up for Christmas and my daughter’s Burberry gift set is missing. Not saying dude stole it but this store is 10000000% responsible due to their neglect. What are my rights here ? Do I file a police report maybe ?"
"The employees are always friendly and welcoming and know me as I am there at least once a month. They are efficient and helpful in assisting me to select the best shipping options. My packages arrive quickly and intact, unlike the post office. I would recommend them for pricing also, as cheapest compared to Fedex and USPS."
"I have never had a bad experience here from the staff. Some of the customers ore real Karen's! The staff loves my service dog and give him a treat everytime we show up. I have Amazon packages sent there and get an email telling me it has arrived. So far this has been a great store! Yes it can be pricey for faxes and other convience items, but that's how convience store stay in buisness. Overall it's great!"
"I rarely receive my mail. At one point they were sending my mail back to the post office. It was a complete hassle trying to get them to add my businesses to my mailbox. Every time I call or go in to renew my mailbox it’s an absolute circus “oh the system timed out we have to start all over again.” And the people working the counter are almost always rude. I’ve been a customer here for 7+ years, but this will be the last year doing business with them. Not worth the hassle anymore."
