Little Caesars Pizza

"It's Thursday evening, answer your phone! I've been calling this location for 16 minutes and someone will pick up and immediately hang up. I call again and the same thing. Call again, same thing. I ordered a pizza and it was burnt, dry and had clearly been sitting out getting cold before I got the notification to come pick my order up. Called to speak to someone to remedy the situation but they clearly do not care about their customers and are ok with serving trash pizza. The pizza in inedible, so on to corporate I go..."

"Waited 30 minutes for 2 pizza and Italian cheese bread. Gave husband $40. Didn't bring me any change. When husband came out of the store, He was carrying 3 and Italian cheese bread. My husband didn't want to try to fix the situation, so he took the food and left. While I was sitting in the car waiting for our food. I noticed that there was 2 young man preparing the food. They we not using gloves. Also the one with the longer hair touched his face and continued working. The other 2 employee acted like there was no urgency to get the food in the oven or to serve customers at the counter. I watched several customers walking out in satisfied."

"I had an issue with this place before, but I still give them a chance again Well here we go. This place has some employees that have the worst customer services, and don’t blame them, why.?! Because the way an employee is, because it comes from the top yes the owners, GM, Managers, so they’re the reflection of them..! So YOU.. the Owner and GM when you read this think of how bad are you as an Owner or GM..! This is the last time I’ll come here, good luck with your business, no actually you are very lucky because Little Cesar’s corporate hasn’t done anything about it..!"

"These guys are always slammed when I come in. Tonight I got off work and it was later, a little slower but I didn’t have exact change about 80 cents short and they covered. And they couldn’t break higher. Very nice of them. Last time didn’t get that much sauce asked them if they could take care of it this go around and no hesitation they did! They could use help at this store but the guys who are here really good job"

"I wonder how i can post my screen shots? I am very dissatisfied with my last visit. I ordered online thinking that it would be better for me. Order went in at 515pm. I showed up at 550 to ask them if they even started my order. More then 1 hour went by before I got the notification that I was was being put in the oven. At 632. The next notification I got was packing it up at 708. I walked in waited for ANOTHER 15 MINS just to ask if it was done because they were all talking in the back. Come to find out it was just sitting on the back counter where they box the pizza. It wasn't even in the warmer. I will never order from them again. I should get my money back. Pizza was cold and lightly cooked."
