"I wanted to thank the workers at my Papa John’s They do a great job I usually do a pick up order & they always get my order ready on time. Special thank you to the late night staff. Sometimes I work late and get in just before closing time. Thank you!"
"The order taker and the woman who checked me out were great. The store atmosphere was normal. We didn't like the pizza. It had way too much sauce. Since this was my first time getting their pizza, I didn't know to ask for less. The crust collapsed under the weight of the sauce and fell apart. I will say that the pepperoni and sausage were very good. We won't be ordering from there again."
"Order the half pepperoni and half bacon pizza and the new twix candy bread bites online. Went to pick up the order. Got home To see this. They burnt the twix bread things. And put nasty butt load of anchovies on my pizza. Called the manager told her and she said I ordered it that way..... Not worth $23 burnt bucks... So disgusting and disappointed."
"Dont ever order here!! Extremely rude over the phone. Two separate employees. Told me to call the customer service regarding my issue, but tell me to look the number up. Made an online order at this store # and it charged my bank acct, but since they cant find the order # they refuse to honor making your 50.00 large pizza and 8 wings. Even with proof of payment and offering to drive to the store!! Just nothing they can do or want to rather. Then to be spoken to horribly, I wouldn't trust them to make my food!"
"Have not ordered from papa John’s in over 20 years. Saw commercial for papadias. Thought I would try again. Regretting that decision. They use Uber eats to deliver. I don’t like. Their commercials claim their dough is hand made and never frozen. There is no way in heck that is true. The crust was the worst part. The meat and seasonings in the papadias was good. But the crust tasted old and bland. Same for the XL new york pizza. Toppings and sauce was good. The pizza crust was not good at all. I will not order or visit this establishment again."
