"Customer service is awesome. Had my first appt with my provider (all I needed was to continue my med refills). Was told 30 minutes into my first session that due to my diagnoses and my substance abuse history the provider will not continue working with me. Then continued to not give me any help with where to go. All I need is my meds refilled - not asking for a therapist. The provider was so insanely rude, judgmental and distasteful."
