"I was greeted by both employee and the owner along with their two dogs (which made me laugh). They were friendly to men and women customers that came into the store. The older gentlemen actually came over to me and was proactive in trying to find some accessories for my firearms. I ended up purchasing ammo, accessories, and some hilarious stickers they sell on hand. They even do Gunsmithing! I will be returning to bring my firearm for repairs."
"Frustrating experience with sonic cleaning firearm finish came out damaged was told that it was impossible and probably just cleaned it off. Explained it was on the outside of the mag well so it had no dirt oil or carbon. Then was told it was probably magic marker’d over I definitely did not have a large ugly shiny blob on the side of my matte receiver before drop off (I do now so at least something is on the bare metal). Seems to me something made contact in the machine and rubbed through."
"I asked if I could come 5 minutes before they closed to buy a gun they have in stock and they let me know they had to close at 6:00 so could not be helped by them. That is a bummer"
