Clothes Mentor Arrowhead

"I purchased a backpack from this location online. When I received the backpack it still had the security tag attached. I called and informed them of the device and what options I had to have this fixed. They told me no returns and to drive around to other stores to find someone to remove the security device. While I felt this was very unprofessional, I did take the backpack to other shops and they did not have the correct device to remove the security tag. I called the store back to explain and was met with less than apologetic tones, attitude and then was questioned about what devices were used to try and remove the security tag. I expressed how inconvenient this was an how I wanted a solution. Only then did the manager rudely tell me to send it back then. I asked if I would be compensated for additional shipping costs and she scoffed and said that by sending it back she was meeting me halfway. I explained how wrong that seemed and then she just said well send it back then. So I paid additional shipping charges and returned the backpack in the same box it arrived in. I emailed the details to the store and requested a full refund. My calls and emails went unanswered. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. I received only a partial refund and still my recent calls and emails seeking resolution have gone unanswered. I have paid more money just by having a transaction with this store. They have no integrity, poor business ethics and completely unprofessional. Customers are not valued at this location."

"My wife loves this store, I always go there to buy her gifts, and she loves everyone one of them. The girls there are very helpful, and always help me pick out the best things."

"Poor management. Made a purchase on 12/30. Attempted to make a return (with receipt and tags on like the policy stated). Apparently their policy changed AFTER I made my purchase and was told the items were returnable for 7 days. The management would not allow the staff to reimburse my credit card, only give a gift card. I didn't want a gift card, I wanted the return I was told about when I made my purchase. Poor customer service! That reply from management is false! I was not informed and I specifically asked! I clearly wouldn't go as far as filing a review if that wasn't the case! Again, just poor customer service."

"LOVE THIS STORE. It's second hand, but they are careful about which clothes they put in there. You can expect the clothing and accessories to be brand name, gently used, and in style. I try to go in and spend $100 every quarter to freshen up my wardrobe! Both the outfits pictures were bought from this store!"
