"I ordered 5 shirts online for in store pick up. I received a notification that 1 shirt couldn’t be found. They charged my card for only the 4 shirts. I went in to pick up the order and I still had to wait in line to get my order. When I finally got to the register, I was passed off to some guy who was on the phone and answered 3 calls while “helping” me. He couldn’t multitask so he handed me off to someone else who seemed confused. She was sure where to look for the order. She finally found it. I would have saved a lot of time if I just went into the store and shopped myself. The buy online and pick up in store is a mess. Also, while walking out I found the shirt in my size that they said wasn’t there. Never buying online again."
"Went in because I was returning something I got online didn't know I could do that, it was so easy and convenient. Friendly staff wish I seen the name of the girl who helped me, but her hair was in the way. But thank you I'll be coming back."
