"Always a great experience. Sometimes, the staff doesn't really acknowledge you, like other reviews have said. But when I do interact with the staff they are always friendly. Sometimes, I am not in the mood to interact, so I am fine with it. I LOVE that the dressing rooms have fans, and you can control the speed. This is a must in the summer and really all stores should have this feature in their dressing rooms. I love that when you get a dressing room then lay the clothes out for you and it is very inviting. Torrid sizes/fit has really changed over the years, and you really need to try clothes on because the sizes are not consistent."
"The store was clean, and it was easy enough to find what I was looking for. I didn't get much acknowledgment or help from staff, who was helping the only other customer in the store or spending time prepping clothes to put out."

"This location is awesome! I’m typically an online Torrid shopper but I went here to check out clearance items. They have a lot, and the employees are so sweet. The only issue I have is that bigger sizes such as 5 and 6 are typically not carried/not as widely available in store as online.. Us 5 and 6 girls exist too! It is just frustrating trying to find clothes and all of them are 00, 0, 1 and 2, with maybe 3s and 4s here and there. This isn’t a store specific issue but a Torrid issue. I appreciate the employees for offering to place an order for me online though!"
