"TLDR: Go here! I just picked up my bike from Southwest Bicycles! I have a 20-ish year old Trek Multitrack 7300, and I had her in for tubes/tires and their tier one tune-up package. You walk in, and you can tell these guys are serious and professional. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and could get me in right away. During the quote, they did suggest a new chain, and told me there was a chance that additional parts and labor might be necessary. They were happy to ballpark that for me, and it was quite reasonable. The additional stuff ended up not being necessary (great show of integrity!), and we came within pennies of the original quoted price, right on top the quoted time frame. The ride back? Chef’s kiss! All of the shifting was nice and tight, the ride was pleasant and smooth, and everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much, guys! (Mike and Jake, I believe)"
"Great shop. So got a killer deal on an awesome bike (best deal in the valley-FACTS- I called around) but later I needed to stop by for repairs (self-inflicted) and nuisance creaking and the shop had me in and out same day with no judgement, friendly instruction and best of all no charge because the bike was still 30 days under warranty. Honesty and professional customer service would get them 10 stars if I could."
