"I’ve been going here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. I love Dr. Schallock and she really made me feel like I was in good hands with both high risk pregnancies and I really do feel my children are here safe today because of her. However, I just got a call from her office about billing. Apparently there was an outstanding balance that I had no clue I had (first time hearing of it) and the woman was EXTREMELY RUDE. The balance was not small and she said, “how do you want to handle it”. Uhm ma’am. IDK! What are my options?! And I was very open with their office about being laid off while extremely pregnant. So you would think there would be some compassion. I came up with my own solution, my own payment plan and executed the call while she was short, snippy and for lack of better words b*tchy. That’s more than enough to make me find a new provider. Y’all are not going to get another cent out of me. Really made it seem like she hates her job and honestly, that’s a personal problem love. Stay blessed."

"Dr. Schallock is a very ignorant and disrespectful practitioner, who basically ignores her patients needs, and in my case, places them in an uncomfortable and even traumatic experience. When I went in for my pap smear I was given no advance warning that anything would be inserted into my vagina, despite spending a long time going over my past trauma and how uncomfortable the entire process makes me. The speculum was inserted forcefully, without warning, giving me the single most painful pap smear of my entire life, and when I screamed and told her to stop, her only excuse was that other patients didn't want to be told when it would be inserted, which also disregards the whole concept of consent too. I told the woman in the front office that I was violated and needed to report malpractice, but no one ever even followed up with me on who to talk to, so even trauma is not taken seriously in this office. Thankfully a Google search led me to where I can report malpractice, because these people were beyond not helpful. Don't let this woman anywhere near your intimate area ladies. She's practically a sexual predator with the way she doesn't let you consent to anything."

"This place is real in and out at the appointments. Dr.Schallock is always side track and very forgetful. She doesn't listen to your needs and when talking about something serious she rushes through it leaves no room for discussion or questions. She's nice and office is clean but it's very basic limited quality care. She seemed to look for reasons to induce me or give me a c section to make her job easier not because she was concerned."

"Dr. Micheal ivchenko is a rude and disrespectful man. He feels he’s superior to woman and has no respect for others. I strongly suggest staying clear away from this hateful man! If that’s what you want to call him."

"Worst pregnancy experience due to this office. Dr. Schallock made my very first pregnancy experience terrible. She gave me inaccurate information about pregnancy, never answered my questions, and I had to be sent out of everything (the office does not offer ultrasounds or bloodwork). I am so thankful that I changed doctors towards the end because I ended up with someone so much better. I strongly suggest no matter what pregnancy you have you find a different doctor, but I especially suggest you find someone else if this is your first pregnancy."
