"Getting sick of this service. One old fat balding driver is over opinionated, obnoxious and extremely rude. He also thinks hr is some sort of law enforcement officer, although he tries to enforce things that are not against the law or company policy. He is constantly spouting his opinions and ignorant un accurate comments out loud to the entire van. They are falling off! Long time customer changing good review to bad. Driver was 15 minutes late showing up to leave St George at 8:30 am mst. Then we had to stop in Sunset, and Mesquite, TWICE!! Which is ridiculous. Only one pick up/drop off location in Vegas or St George, but Mesquite has TWO??!!Then, during tardiness, driver decides he needs a break and goes inside Casino for about 15 minutes. Also, my feet are frozen and whole bus is bundled up as i guess heat is not part of ticket price, even thos it's 36 degrees. So now im frozen and being taken to Vegas for over $100 all just to miss my Dr appt at VA. Even tho i scheduled this trip with an hour to spare, somehow this service ate that time up and then some. Clearly , drivers and company profits come first, passengers last. Dec 29th 2023"

"I booked a trip from NV to UT. Never received any kind of confirmation, so called the day before to confirm and was told the shuttle was running & would be there. The next day, I was at the casino waiting to catch it. I was told they don’t come inside the casino. They just pull up & leave, so went outside in the cold and stood out there waiting for about a half hour. The departure time came up & still no shuttle, so again..I called to ask where the shuttle was & they informed me it wasn’t running, but would refund my money. I didn’t even get any courtesy call to inform me of this change, so really was a huge inconvenience as my husband missed work having to drive me to UT to catch my airplane. Very unprofessional, unreliable service. That was the first time I ever booked with Salt Lake Express shuttle & it will be the last. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I hope this review can prevent this from happening to anyone else."

"Horrible call center customer service. My daughter missed the first shuttle because it was dark and snowing, so she was waiting inside at the window looking out. The shuttle didn’t see anyone there so they kept driving and didn’t stop to wait for her. So, we had to call customer service to arrange the next shuttle and they were so rude. They shouted at me that my daughter needed to follow the rules and wait outside at “Pillar 14 by the Salt Lake Express sign.” I told them there were no numbered pillars or signs, so they called the driver to find the right spot. Turns out, they were wrong and the pick up spot is a crosswalk on the lowered level with no sign. How is there no sign? Customer service told me they weren’t in charge of the signs and my daughter would just have to wait outside and look for the shuttle….in the dark while it was snowing. I asked for her name or operator number and she said she didn’t have to tell me. Then she hung up on me. Not cool."

"Exceptional customer service. Plus trips to and from Vegas airport were great. Thank you particularly to customer service representative Michelle for booking my shuttle when I made a mistake on my travel date. Driver Brent was very cool and accommodating. Thanks for the conversation on the way to Vegas airport. Driver on the way back to St. George was great also, (Don't remember his name.) Ride was very comfortable. Will definitely use your company in the future and will recommend to others."
