"Called to verify a change in my prescription was of no issue, was told absolutely no problem. Now told 2 months later it was an issue, brought up previous conversation and the person on the phone back peddled to "we just don't do that procedure now" and "we have a staff shortage". Confirmed with a friend using them that they were still receiving that procedure and had not received a phone call, but that friend receives it on a weekly rather than monthly basis which makes it appear as if I am just not making them enough money to be worth their time. Unethical and unprofessional."
