"They never answer the phone and 90% of the time you have to tell them a doctor sent in a prescription or it never gets filled. Which means you have to call or go in."

"I will never go to this pharmacy again. The pharmacists are not knowledgeable about the medication they are dispensing, will argue with you even when presented with evidence that they are wrong, and will lie that they have reached out to your doctor for clarification, when, in fact, they did not. I have already switched to CVS, who said my prescription (which was, in fact, dosed accurately by my doctor) will be ready this afternoon. No issues. Also, train your pharmacists and techs to not have implicit bias against diabetics. Because I used this pharmacy with NO problem UNTIL I was diagnosed. Horrible. Zero stars."

"One of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. I transferred a prescription on 22nd and by March 4 I still did not have my medicine. They did not bother calling me and letting me know that the order is being delayed. I called 3-4 times and everytime they would tell tell me the order will be here tomorrow. The least they can do is let me know that there will be a delay. I ended up transferring the prescription to a different pharmacy. Worst customer service!!!"

"This pharmacy is severely under staffed. Every time I call it sounds like they’re dealing with a line out the door but it’s never busy when I’m there. Please get them the staff they need. I had to switch here because they had my prescription for hundreds of dollars cheaper but was dreading switching because I had a great relationship with my previous pharmacy. Here they always treat me like an inconvenience and like I don’t matter. It’s not the feeling you want to get from your pharmacy. I have a very unique and rare injury but they don’t seem to care. It’s sad that I fear calling in questions about my other scripts. This is not the kind of behavior one would expect from parties involved in my healthcare. If they’re not understaffed they must have severe customer service and management issues."

"Lady named Tyra or something along the lines of that was very rude on the phone. I was patient and gave her all my info. I’ve been coming here for a while however this experience has made me really frustrated and discouraged from calling in. I get it if you have “too many prescriptions too fill” and “can’t even get to the ones on the computer right now” but rushing to get off the phone ain’t shaving off seconds for those refills you’re working on sis. I’ve always had a pleasant experience there even when they are busy so love the pharmacy, just not this particular worker."
