"Came in to pick up meds today and noticed the technician has long nails which should not be allowed in health care including pharmacy. The pharmacist didn’t seem happy with her job or assisting customers."

"I’ve had similar experiences to the 1-stars below at other locations but for this location and with the exception of a lady who barked at me to listen better when I was literally taking notes while we spoke, I can confirm that every other time I’ve had an empathetic pharm tech expediting my script in a timely fashion and was notified via text when ready sooner than expected. I’ve seen a lot of new hires over the past few months so that might be correcting the issues over time."

"Around 8:55-9:12pm last night, I accompanied one of my managers to get fresh fruits for our store and we were rung up by a cashier named, Analis. She was petite, brown hair, and wearing a pink shirt under her work attire apron. Upon ringing us up, my manager had asked if she could use a coupon and the cashier was right off the bat rude to her. Analis rudely explained the situation as to why we couldn’t use the coupon. We understood why we couldn’t use it after she explained it. However, she was doing gestures of annoyance and “wanting to go home”. She yanked my mangers phone away and was scrolling when my manager didn’t even ask her to take her phone, but to take a look at the coupon. She then proceeded to end the transaction with us by throwing the receipt at my manager. I understand, that frys is short on staff but please don’t hire individuals who can’t handle customer service jobs. I would have understood if she stated she was having a “rough day”, however she started the transaction with 0 customer service. Please handle this matter with the employee. Not acceptable at all."

"I have been going to this pharmacy for about 20 years. I've always had great Experiences with the staff there. I am frustrated with customers coming in there and Berating the Pharmacists and staff like it's their problem there has been delays in meds and vaccines. Cut them some slack..there is a national shortage of people who want to work anymore, so give the ones who are working some courtesy and remember 9 times out of 10 they are doing what they can giving the resources they have. Being nice goes a long way."

"I’m prescribed a controlled medication. I have been for years and I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for months. 9/10 times I come here, my prescription is not ready (even if they have for sure had it for days). I’m already three days late picking up this months fill, and I even left my evening class, in which I have a final in two days, to hustle down here and get the script before they close at 9. I arrive at roughly 840. What am I told? “The safe has a time delay lock, we can have it ready “around” 10am tomorrow”.10am does not work for me, as I am a tradesman and out the door and on the road by 6am at the latest. I know they have has this script since before the long holiday weekend. Why wasn’t it already filled? Are they that short on staff for what’s now going on months? It might not ydbe your health, guys, but how can you possibly give that answer when I even got there nearly half an hour before you close? What do you do for the last half hour, then?... unacceptable and will be following up on this, as well as switching pharmacies. Still shaking my head."
