Fry's Pharmacy

"The pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly. This next part is not a reflection of store or pharmacy. Now as far as the store in a hole it's good, but if you place an order online and have it delivered and something gets messed up and you have to call customer service. They are a bunch of idiots. I was part of boost which gives you the free deliveries. I placed an order and they still charge me a delivery fee and it had to be escalated to management and they have to see if it deems worthy of a refund of a delivery fee that I wasn't supposed to be charged anyway. I am very disappointed in the phone customer relationship department. I will never place an online order with Fry's food again. I will use Walmart much better customer service department."

"Where do I even start. A year ago, I’ve would have given this place 1 star. What a turnaround. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacist Marcus, is very caring and relatable. He took his time to explain to me the side effects that I was having with my medicine was totally normal after I explained to him what I was going through. Marcus, your great service does not go unnoticed. I wish you worked everyday!"

"Usually very friendly staff, pharmacy is a little small and they might not carry certain things a bigger fry's pharmacy might have. I never have a bad experience there with the staff, really good people up there."

"This pharmacy is located very close to my home and after having issues with CVS I thought I’d give them a try. They do have a drive through that’s convenient. The first few months went well, pharmacist and staff were nice. By the third month all new people and they started running out of the medications I needed. Within 6 months I was done! Idk why such a huge turn over and completely unorganized they became within such a short period. Trying to get my medications became a nightmare. It went from being able to get my medications a few days earlier to not having them in stock a few days late! They always had my prescription early so that’s no excuse. If your diabetic or have heart medication don’t ever use this pharmacy. I’d highly recommend a local mom and pop pharmacy, they treat you well and are organized enough to have your medications on time!"
