"They just can't seem to get it together for vaccines. Went in to get my COVID shot. Filled everything out online. I wanted my booster of J&J. I arrived for my scheduled time, and the tech asks, with the paperwork in front of him, if I am to get the Pfizer. I'm like no. My paperwork and my vaccine card say J&J. He looks at me like he doesn't believe me. He puts stickers on my paperwork and card and tells me to wait. I go to get my shot with the Pharmacist, Kari, and she looks at my paperwork and comments that I'm getting the J&J shot why did they pull and put down Pfizer. She goes and pulls and gives me the correct shot. A month later, I go in for my 4 PM appt. for my flu shot. I tell them I don't have insurance. They take my paperwork. I sit for 25 minute before a tech comes and confirms I don't have insurance and that I have a Costco membership. 10 minutes later I get called up to pay for my shot. There is an issue with a label not printing up. 10 minutes later I pay. I go back and sit. Final, at 4:50 PM, I get my flu shot. This Pharmacy needs help."

"Costco's very young pharmacist at the Grant road location compromised my patient confidentiality by blurting out at the "patient counsel" window why this medication was being prescribed. I knew before I picked up the medicationt what it was prescribed for, and the medication being prescribed. This young man needs to be schooled on proper protocol and protect patient confidentiality. Good thing I didn't have incontinence, I would have been mortified had other's heard "this medication is for incontinence!""
