"ZERO STARS! My sister had caught Brandy looking at my nephew all wrong a week before demanding he would go to her & I saw one of the girls throw my nephew when her back was turned so she didn't see me & I got in her face. What's sad is my nephew caught himself so that he wouldn't hit his head and then went about it like it was just a normal thing. Don't take your children here they'll get used to being abused. That includes the boss Michael, his wife Brandy and the woman with the short hair name Tracy. Honestly, I wouldn't trust any of them. I know they hit the kids and talk down to them because my niece in law use to work there."

"I called them to schedule a tour of the facility. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and bitchy.Told me to just come in whenever,in an angry tone.I still went to check it out, only because the prices were good, and I was having trouble finding a quality daycare. When I first walked through the door I was overwhelmed by the smell of urine.I immediately wanted to turn away and run,but me being the polite person I am,decided to take a quick look for show only. The place was dark, dirty, dingy and depressing. All the children and babies looked very unhappy. It felt and looked like a prison/concentration camp for kids/babies.I would never send my daughter there. Also the male director seemed creepy n weird. I immediately could tell who the mean woman on the phone was, because I saw her?(unless there's more than 1) angrily feeding a baby and looking miserable.lol."

"I went here as a kid. On my brothers first day of kindergarten they dropped him off at the wrong school. During a bowling event he stepped over the line once by accident and it buzzed and they told him he was done and can no longer bowl. When they drive around sharp corners they would go very fast because other kids thought it was “exciting”. They would forget to pick me up from school. While waiting for the other staff to arrive, it was two twin girls and I waiting in the office and the twins were covered in ants. The place looks dingy and gross and I wouldn’t recommend leaving your kids in their care. I would be sent home sick many time from here. Trust me, I actually had to go here when I was younger. 10/10 worst experience as a child. Do your kids a favor and take them to tutor time or anywhere else but here."

"A couple years back my neice use to attend here. I happen to pick her up one day & the director informed me that my niece stopped breathing in her sleep for awhile. I go wait what? Is she ok?! Did you call mom?! He told me no he didnt call anyone she is fine now. I go that is serious if she stopped breathing? He goes oh she just kinda stopped for a second. It was very concerning for me they wouldnt take the right steps or at least inform mom as soon as it happened. They made it seem alarming at first till I was intimidating for them upon concern for my niece. When i went back into the class they were out of ratio & I called it out. The teacher tried arguing with me how many years experience she has in a rude deamner. Which doesnt mean anything to me if you have a poor attitude as well as if you have experience than your classroom should show for it which it did not. It was crowded because of being over ratio, dirty, just all around gave bad vibes personally to me. When i reported it to mom of the breathing incident she immediately called the school for clarification who denied it & completely switched the story around where she had to ask why they think her daughters aunt would lie upon something like this. She was definately pulled out that day without question! How you communicate with parents is everything!"

"I had the WORST experience at this childcare. My daughter was having trouble breathing and the staff failed to call me! I had to find out she was having trouble breathing when a friend came to pick her up, Hours after it happened. We heard different stories from each staff member. One said she was having trouble breathing for 30 seconds and it wasin't serious, and another said it was for an hour.... How could they get those times mixed up??? That's a BIG difference. Almost makes me wonder what really happened because I was told something different from each staff member. If a problem like that arises, at least have the decency to notify the parents! Having trouble breathing is SERIOUS, especially for a two year old... after the incident, I had to rush my daughter to the ER because her condition worsened. HAD yet they notified me sooner, It wouldn't have been as bad. Not to mention, the staff in the twos room was rude and unprofessional to my friend who confronted her on the matter. I don't care how many years of experience they have in child care! If they have so much experience, why did nobody call me when my daughter was not able to breath??? We could have taken action sooner. Also, It wouldn't hurt to get some paint and make the place more colorful and brighter. Frankly, It looks ghetto and unwelcoming. Just a tip !"
