"I feel like they should have better communication with parents and not charge for when they’re closed. My son also seemed to have been neglected. He’d scream and cry when picked up and they complained that he didn’t do exactly what they wanted when they wanted; mind you he just turned one and is still learning but his new lady has no issues with him at all. I felt like they gave me no option but to pull him out without giving a notice but now I realize my son is happier not going there."
