Caring Pediatrics

"Theft and fraud. When I brought my child to this clinic, I specified that they were not to keep my credit card on file. When I paid my child’s co pay, they retained my card information without my permission and ran it twice without my authorization. When confronted with this issue, the extremely rude front desk clerk refused to remove my card from file and said he didn’t care if I said they could have it or not. It’s on file now and there’s nothing I could do about it. On my child’s second visit to the clinic, the doctor brought a male student into my child’s visit without my permission. The doctor then proceeded to prescribe an extremely high dose of an inhaled steroid for what has since been confirmed as allergies. Last year, my child got a small nic cut a carpet staple. It was smaller than a paper cut but it did break the skin. When I called to make sure her tetanus shot was up to date, the medical assistant wouldn’t give me a date and said I should probably just bring her in to be evaluated. If you care about your children, go literally anywhere else."

"I love the work the nurses and pediatricians do some of the best there is however as a place of healthcare that I plan to continue going to I’d hope to see this change. It’s extremely dirty and filthy from the front room floors walls and kids toys being noticeably dirty with black smudges from dirt I’d be surprised if it has ever been cleaned the smell is also extremely noticeable the rooms you’re seen in are slightly cleaner but still not up to the standard you’d expect. I will be back for checkups soon will post pictures if it’s the same the next time I arrive"

"LOVED this visit and this office! Everyone was amazing and so kind. They were amazing at giving informed consent and respectful of personal choice. They were not rushed and took time with each kid. I would recommend this office to anyone and even drove 30 minutes to get to this office and will be making them our pediatrician"

"My kids have been being seen by the Doctors at Caring Pediatrics for 3 years now and I have moved 30 mins away from them now and still take my kids there!! Love the energy there and how thorough the Pediatricians are with their small patients. They send you referrals for anything needing seen by a specialist for which means less work for you to do other than calling to make an appointment for your child. Thank you guys for everything you do!"

"I recently had my newborn baby and I was looking for a new pediatrician for her and my oldest daughter. Went to 3 different offices to meet drs and I ended up deciding on this office. Glad I did I have been here 3 different times with my new born and I have had great experiences always. We get seen right away, they have same day appointments, the waiting area doesn’t have a bunch of people waiting to be seen, I really like Dr. Bhatia he has answered all my questions and is patient while we are in there. Love that I don’t feel rushed! Maybe the front desk people are newer cause they did call me about scheduling an appointment for wrong kid (not my kid). Also when I went in they tried to charge me for an appointment that was covered by my insurance the front desk lady asked someone in the back and they didn’t charge me after all so that’s why I’m guessing they are newer nothing that can’t be fixed. The office is smaller and doesn’t have much kid friendly decorations which isn’t a big deal. As long as I like the Dr. and my girls get the attention they need I’ll continue going here."
