"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am in a crunch and needed to find a daycare for my son. I put in an inquiry for this location early this morning and hadn’t received an email about a tour by the time I left my work. So, I called because I was anxious about being able to get in and the employee I spoke to on the phone told me that I could come down at 4:30 pm for a tour and to just bring a photo ID. She took my name, email address and phone number. I had to go all the way home from work to get my son because I was hoping to walk him through the facility as well. We were running a little late so I called and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and basically telling me I did not have a tour scheduled for 4:30 and she proceeded to give me the time from the inquiry that I had made earlier that day. I then explained that I know about that time, but had called before I received confirmation on that time and the employee I spoke to gave me a new time. The assistant administrator basically continued to make it seem like I was lying and said she could try to see if someone was available to give me a tour. So, we got down there and told me how “lucky” I was that she could find someone for me, still in her rude tone and with her unfriendly face. I am lucky? Ma’am, I’m going to be paying YOU money for my son to go here… and I was told by YOUR employee to be here at 4:30. So, I decided on the spot that my Im not paying any facility money with workers that rude. Get a new administrator. She was terrible."

"Although my kids no longer come here, I will say that I miss this daycare so much and it was the best first experience that I could have asked for for my kids. You can drop your kids off with ease knowing that they are with the same teachers daily and that there is constant communication between teachers and parents reguarding your little one. My son who is typically attached to my hip and throws a fit being dropped off and hates when I leaves, actually loved his class mates and teachers here. The teacher also implement signing here which my son needs as he is dealing with some speech delay issues. It helped so much. If we were able to, my kids would be back here in a heart beat"

"Our son has been going here for a few years now and he loves it. The teachers have been great and are always doing new activities with the kids. We have used other child care places and Valley Child Care is by far the best."

"My husband and I have been so impressed with Valley Childcare. We started our son at 12 weeks old in the infant classroom after being on the waitlist. I appreciate that they care about ratios and not just getting your money. The staff is fantastic. I feel like they genuinely care about my baby and I never worry about his needs being met. The director and assistant director are so helpful, friendly, and always available. The infant teachers are so sweet and send my husband and I pictures of our son via the app. You can’t beat the price of $66 a day. Diapers are included, I just provide the wipes. The app used really gives me peace of mind. The girls note when he goes to the bathroom, how much he eats, and sleeps, along with times stamps. As new parents, we feel so blessed to have this daycare in our life!"
